I was in there line for a cup of coffee today, there was one other girl behind me in line. One of Tisane workers (I don't know his name, but he's the little black guy that works there sometimes) saw a friend of his behind me in line and went to hug her. Then he says something like ""she's in the wrong line"" and they both cut right in front of me to the side. The cashier finishes with the customer that was front of me, so I walk up to the counter to order coffee. She stares at me, then looks and the girl and guy who cut, and asks ""were you in front of her"". Of course assuming that I cut the line. I was absolutely livid. The place has never had great customer service to begin with, but this crossed the line for me, you'll never see me or my family there again.
