Eugene Kinsey does not even deserve one star. He only call you back right away when he is trying to get your business. As soon as he does, you will NEVER hear from him again! This is his M.O. if you Google his name and reviews he does this to everyone..see for yourself. He will not keep you informed, will not return your phone calls and will give you bad advice. Kinsey will tell you he is semi-retired and doesn't need the money. Beware and stay away!
