11-18-11 on my way out of town went out of my way 30 miles from home to pick up Black Friday coupon book they indicated in their ad would be available 11-18. It was shortly after 9AM, After the service desk rep appeared annoyed to have to talk to me, she called someone else and then informed me that coupon books would not be distributed until 10AM. The coupon book is not a big deal, but the attitude and treatment were not even 2nd rate. Will avoid this Club location in the future.
