HEADLINE: Be cautious
This company has done business as QRR, Quinton Remodeling & Roofing, Quinton Remodeling and Repair and Quinton Remodeling and Restoration.
On 9/24/2011 this company completed a remodeling job in our home and final payment was made. It took more than 3 weeks to complete a job that was supposed to take 10 days. Almost everything that they did had to be re-done.
On 10/7/2011 I noticed a section of the laminate flooring that was installed as part of the remodel was starting to buckle. I attempted to contact the owner QRR numerous times by phone, text message and email between 10/9/2011 and 10/12/2011. I never received any response.
On 10/12/2011 I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and QRR was notified of the complaint on 10/13/2011 and given until 10/31/2011 to respond. Receiving no response the Better Business Bureau sent a Reminder of Dispute to QRR on 11/1/2011 giving them until 11/9/2011.
In the meantime, the flooring problem has gotten worse. There are now 4 areas that have buckled and one of them has buckled so bad that it has become a tripping hazard.
I would be VERY careful if you are considering hiring this company.
