Okay so I've been to a few Salons in Huntersville and I've always left somewhat dissapointed. When I walked into Serendipity I was worried because it was a small place, however the staff was so nice! I walked in thinking I wanted a certain haircut, but when Michele sat me down she made sure she advised me what would look better on me and I went with it. I loved the fact that she was not afraid to steer me into a better direction. I have very curly and thick hair. I left there with an awesome shorter haircut and she blowed my hair out silky smooth! I've had sooo many compliments since my haircut. I love it and I think I finally found a place for me. Not only did I get a cut, I also learned a few things about my hair.
