These people completely rely on computers for all aspects of their business. I had a prescription for 3 rescue inhalers, they sent me 11 because 12 would be too many. They did this because their system told them to, when common sense would say that if I needed those 11 inhalers for a 3 month supply, I should be in a hospital. Now I am getting robo-calls from them on a near daily basis despite multiple emails and phone calls to their customer service department. I hope Medco fires everybody at this company when they merge.
