I saw Dr. Keates because of blurry vision. The 1st visit, he seemed competent, although his nurse was extremely abrupt and uninformative. He asked me to come back a few days later for a check up. That cost me another $20 copay. He literally spent 30 seconds with me at the 2nd visit. My vision was still blurry, but he said I was fine and to come back for another visit. Clearly, they just want your money.
