Two of my girlfriends and I called this cab company last night, because we were going to have a girls night and we wanted to get drunk but have a safe way home. So I called these people when we got to my friends house after having dinner. I called this company at 8:53 p.m. and was told by the man that they would be there shortly. Ok, in my mind ""shortly"" means within 10-15 minutes. NO, we waited 30 minutes before calling them back to see if someone was on their way or not. I was told that he would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later he STILL was not there. So I called him back and told him not to worry about getting us that I would just drive. He told me that he was turning into the address at that moment, mind you we are already in my friends car, well I hung up the phone and we left. There was not a cab in site when we left the apartment complex. So not only did we wait 45 minutes, but he lied. I lived in Columbia, MO for 6 months and NEVER waited more than 10 or 15 minutes for a cab. These people don't even deserve the one star that I gave them, but I had to put something down. I was horribly dissatisfied.
