I injured my lower back 3 years ago-and have been in pain ever since- pain pills just are not my thing- I came here in pain on a scale of 1-10 about a 4 at the least and a 7-8 at most- I have a sacrolic joint that goes out alot and have been given exercises to do. Prior to therapy I could not lay on the floor-Period! Now in doing my exercises in Neutral pos, I can actually lay on the floor doing my exercises- and No Pain! I can get up and continue my daily living. And no pain 20-30 min later! The exercises are so easy and to me I am so grateful. My back pain has decreased. This is helpful not and in my life long future. Thanks for giving my life back!
