I felt their initial staff person totally misled me. Beleived he had done something only to get home and find house cold. Called and left voicemail and received a call back in fair enough amount of time. Indicated what ever the guy did was not the fix. Second guy came out that night and looked over the situation. Not the most technical person I've ever talked to about furnaces or wooden pencils either. Said the other guys notes indicate all he did was a little cleaning and didn't find anything to fix so he left. This guy then said in short the furnace had come to an end...too difficult to trouble shoot, etc. needed to replace furnace...for this I received an invoice of over $130! I called another vendor and went through, basically the same initial steps, but their first guy looked at it and gave technical speak that made sense to me and said, essentially, the furnace was dying and needed to be put to rest...for this he billed me $59. I went with the second guys company to replace my furnace and paid both invoices...lessened learned.
