I have no complaints when it comes to the actual services offered by Planet Beach, but the staff is another story. The owner is one of the most artificial people I've ever come in contact with. She pretends to remember you and acts so welcoming to your face, but starts backstabbing clients as soon as they walk back to a room. I was 3 (THREE!) minutes late for an appointment, and as soon as I went back into the room to tan, I heard her insulting me to the other staff. Very unprofessional and definitely NOT what I'm looking for in a tanning salon.
