Deceptive practices. My electric snowblower would not start and I sent it to Canton Power to be fixed. After paying $200 for the repair, I discovered that the electric starter was not in fact working. I spoke to the owner who said that he only agreed to get the machine running and this could be accomplished by pulling the cord. I explained that I am not physically strong enough to accomplish this which is why I needed the electric ignition fixed. He stated that it would cost more than a new machine to do this. Perhaps if he had mentioned this in the first place, I would not be out $200.
