I would say that they are rude, and aren't willing to compromise. My Mother was given a gift certificate by my sister, and was unable to use it within the 6 months allowed because she was taking care of my ailing Father, who passed away a couple of weeks ago. When Mom finally made it into the nail salon, the gift certificate had expired 3 days before. They wouldn't help out my Mom at all, not even give a percentage of the $50.00 value. Will not spend another dime there. Buyer beware.
