I have no problems with this samys store but i do have a big problem with the samys online store. I orderd binoculars that were $2000 for a customer on 11/23/2011 and when the salesperson asked for my name and address I gave them my business address and I specifically told them it was a business address. On Monday when I called the samys 1-800 to check the status of the order the salesperson I talked to said they would get back to me with a tracking number--well they never called back and I even called the 1-800 and left a message with their order status department and no one called me. I called tuesday 11/29 and after several tries got through to the salesperson I originally ordered through and they finally gave me the tracking number. When I called FEDEX to check I was informed that samys had sent the package fedex ground residential and that they also left the suite number off so fedex couldn't find our address and didn't deliver. Now the customer who ordered the $2000 binoculars is on a plane to korea and doesn't want to go through the trouble of having to pay for shipping to korea not to mention the tax he will have to pay once the $2000 binoculars reaches Korean Customs.
