We had our deck built 7 years ago.
One year into owning our deck, we had horrible SAP appear on two of our boards. I called the company to see if they could replace the boards. They said they couldn't but told me to try mineral spirits. It did not work!
Seven years later, we still have the sap. Not to mention the boards on our deck steps are breaking apart where screws were placed. Some of the floor boards are loose and one of our pole rails is split.
We like the design of our deck, but the quality is just not there for the expense.
