This building just goes for the cheapest materials in construction, and to pay for the cheapest service, but the rent is so high!! not worth it at all. Examples:
- paper-thin walls: can hear my neighbors snoring... not good! especially when they have new-borns
- internet: slow and sometimes it just not available. Really? in 2010?
- materials: they just finished renovations, literally, they opened the common areas last week, and already the TILES are cracking! seriously??
- leasing office team: useless, arrogant, bossy, incompetent, unprofessional. Every single one of them. Also, people working for the concierge, leasing office, and maintance change like every month, and each time I have to tell them again what are my own needs (not that they care!)
- windows don't seal, spend a fortune in heating/cooling
- they only had them cleaned from outside once a year, if they do it, and the company they hired did a super poor job, like they forgot one entire room, and there were serious dirt marks in the corner, luxurious, ha? even though I complained nobody came to do the job again, I suspect that the management just did not pay the company and left us with dirty windows... (which don't seal...)
- they actually took away services after the renovation, but the rent only went up...
- the neighborhood, however, is fantastic! really comfortable for commuting... just stay away from this building, there's plenty of choice in this area!
