To me, communication is everything. I had to call several times to find out when these guys were coming. Never once did they ask what would work for me or be most convenient. They gave me a run around and never apologized for the inconvenience they caused me by postponing my appointment. They were very limited also as to when they could come out. Frustrating to say the least. Customer service is not their specialty.
