I just moved in last week and I noticed this weekend the toilets were gurgling when the washer emptied and the bathtub was draining very slow. I called a couple of different places in the phone book, didn't get an answer at one place and the other put me on hold, after several minutes, I hung up. I then called Roto-Rooter about 3:30. The woman that answered the phone was very nice. She worked around my schedule (I was at work), and contacted the plumber and set me up for 5:00. Wow! Sure enough, I got a call from the plumber as I was headed home, he came about 10 minutes after I got there. It was a dark and stormy night! Of course, it got dark very fast. Lightening was headed our direction, it was thundering and raining! And Bless His Heart, Clint stayed with it, worked on it and pulled out the most amazing glob of roots (about 31/2 feet long). It looked like several tangled up, old mopheads! He gave me such good instructions (run the washer, etc.) and to call him in the morning if I saw any problem. Roto-Rooter even has a 6 month guarantee. Clint even took the time to pet my cat before he left. My cat doesn't like many people and most people don't like her! Anyway, I appreciate the job you guys do and how fast I can get service. And Thank You Clint! The time you spent at my house was time away from yours.
