The rep was very personable and friendly and explained the problem to me in a way I could understand..even showing me the problems. My only issue is that it took about 15 minutes total to fix what we thought was a leak but turned out to be that the homebuilder didn't put putty under the tub drain. There was a hole cut in the ceiling and putty put under the drain and it cost $300.00. I think that was very high.
