Details: I bought a new house. The previous owners had dogs. This really aggrevated my kid's Asthema and my Wife's allergies. I called these Day & Nite out to see if I could get a better filtration system on my existing furnace that would do better then the thin media filter already in place.
Sales People:
They were informative and not pushy. He gave me a lot of options and his opinion of why one was better then the other. More informative than others that quoted me.
Technicians:
The guy worked hard and didn't waste a lot of time. Seemed to do his job effeciently, and everything looked professional and clean.
Product:
I had a Sun UV filter w/ Titanium Dioxide Catalyst & a Larger media filter. So far so good. My wife says she can tell a difference.
Follow-up:
I've called a few times and they have aways been able to answer my questions in a timely manner.
Price:
They weren't the cheapest but they were the most knowlegeable and weren't trying to ""sell"" me but give me options on what they think would help me out the most. That's worth more to me then the cheapest quote.
