when i was first greeted by the man behind the counter he seemed to be warm & welcoming. but that changed when i disagreed with him. it was crazy, he just started yelling @ me. everytime i tried to say something he cut me off by aggressively yelling. then to top it off.. i looked on toshiba's website the guy was wrong.. wrong wrong...so made the old saying ""the customer is always right"" take on a whole new meaning
