I've not had a problem with the quality of the dry cleaning for the money. It's not as crisp as places my company has used in the past but it was inexpensive. Today I got a call from the manager after one of my employees dropped off some uniforms. he read me the riot act because some uniforms got wet and threatened to not service us. Then he was bent out of shape about a 3% increase that he stated I should have known about before I created my Purchase order. (Hey how about calling me or sending me a new price list when you raise prices!). I spoke with my employee when she got back. She said three shirts got wet in the driving rainstorm.
