I called to ask a question and Diane from cosmetics and also at customer service was rude to me. I asked her my question (serious question) and she said "Okay, Mr. Nelson. Enjoy my music!" rudely. (I don't know where she got the name Mr. Nelson) and put me on hold and never picked back up. She was very rude to me and I kept calling back to get an answer to my question and she would just put me on hold and never pick back up.
