I normally shy away from mechanics and car maintnenance like most people...simply for the fact that I am not an expert in that field and can be taken advantage of. Jason Norman changed that perception for me with his openess towards me on work that needs to be done on any of my three vehicles. He takes the time to ensure that I am both clear and comfortable with decisions that need to be made....small or large ones. He is an invaluable asset to the dealership and now I just actually purchased a car their two days ago.... all thanks to the personal attention and honestly displayed by Jason.
