I was doing business in town and ordered takeout for 4 - a lunch meeting. The food was terrific but the attitude at the counter was rude and uncommunicative. Think it was the owner's daughter (or so I was told later)...if I have a choice, I won't return...even though several have told me that the place is quite good...it's a service industry - being nice is easy...it takes energy to be rude - and she was...above and beyond rude.
