I had ran around to several places trying to get a watch battery in my daughter's watch. All the places I went to said they would only replace it if I had purchased the watch at their store. Well, I hadn't so I would walk out of yet another store without a working watch. I decided to try Moseley's and see if I would have any luck there. It was close to closing time, but when I walked in I was welcomed with smile! It made my day when John said that he could replace the battery for me and never even asked if I purchased it from them! John switched battery for me and reset the time! I know that the next time I'm looking for a watch battery, Moseley's will be the first place I go! I will also go to Moseley's first when I am looking for some nice jewelry. Their customer service is great. I'm so glad that I decided to stop in.
