This place Was absolutly run like a Bussiness. From the moment We walked in the door They were selling us a line of crap. From the moment we brought buckeye there it was a nightmare. They spoke badly about other veterinarians in town very unprofessional!! Then When we left him there because he needed 24 hour care They ran tests on him that Ran our bill up. They Didnt communicate with us and explain anything and When We had our regular vet try to help us out Sylvania Would not give them the records. Finally they made us pick up a copy of the records and charged us a Paperwork fee and When We diagreed with the total on the bill being it was way over the estimate provided They threatened to take us to collections.... After Speaking with a cooworker they were telling me about a couple of Good Vets they saw there in the past but said that most of them Ran like the wind. Apparently they have had more than 15 vets there in the Last 5 to 7 years? That is pretty crazy if they cant evven keep a good Doctor in there.
