My daughter had to take her car there when it appeared her brakes on one wheel might have been leaking. They told her the minimum work would cost at least $400, and what they recommended would be over $1000. When she decided to have the work done elsewhere, they put her tire back on, BUT THEY CROSS-THREADED OR STRIPPED two of the lug bolts, causing them both to snap off later when she had the tire removed to be fixed. Whether this was CARELESSNESS, IGNORANCE, or MALICIOUS DAMAGE doesn't matter; avoid Merchant's in Leesburg VA at all costs.
