I came here a few yrs back to have my cartier watch serviced, it needed a new battery and the lady ( shes on the video) was kind, helpful and courteous. tooked less than half hr to replace my battery watch from beginning to end and she also managed to help me check other watches. I was a little apprehensive coming to the store, for my watch consist of: 14K white gold cartier design with a total of 3 carat genuine diamond. But left feeling happy and satisfied with the service and the customer service i've received.
