DO NOT even bother considering renting or buying here...within the past month (November 2011) several issues have come to light:\r

--a registered sex offender was allowed to move in to one of the mobiles.\r
\r
--there are people in the park without electricity...makes you wonder how they heat or how they flush???\r
\r
--rusty barbed-wire fence along the forest perimeter of the park property has already injured people and animals.\r
\r
--the park manager randomly throws around rules while she owns a pit bull dog, clearly against the park rules and not allowed by homeowner's insurance companies.\r
