Excellent customer service! I was working out of town in Birmingham and needed an emergency repair. My driver window was stuck in the down position and it was about to rain. Josh immediately had his tech, Aaron pull my ML430 inside and roll the window up for me in less than 15 minutes! I even was given some great local dining tips from Rory who just happened to be the owner! I live in Atlanta and will make the 150 mile drive for any future repairs on my Mercedes.
