I has seen cable people, Apple "experts," tried on-line help, was about to call the Geek Squad, when I saw "Geek to the Rescue." I thought "nothing to loose--Geek Squad takes forever--they're so busy. So I tried Geek to the Rescue. They were courteous and asked if the next morning was convenient ! My geek showed Rick time. I went thru my list as he was getting familiar with my aging Mac was soon finished! Runs like new! Great service, polite, efficient, and competant-- reasonable rates too!
