John, Thanks for the rapid and expert service to resolve problems with the front suspension on my aging (2002) Taurus wagon. You replaced only what was necessary and at a reasonable price. I am sure the Ford Dealer would have attempted to sell me some McPherson struts or whatever else and at a much greater cost for all. Since I now have new tires and suspension pieces, the old Taurus rides like a Mercedes. You can expect to fix things beyond my capability for at least three more years. Thanks, Richard
