The receptionist was very pleasant and bubbly and provided great customer service. The lady who did my pedicure did a mediocre job because she didn't put much effort into the pedicure (exfoliating brush/rub was very weak, etc.). The chair was comfortable; however, the foot tub vibrated loudly and was a bit cheap for an Aveda salon. Although I love supporting our downtown Waukesha businesses, I can go to other salons/spas in the area and get a better pedicure treatment for the same price.
