This is the first dental office I have been asked to pay for services up front and each time I paid was given an amount that was not correct after speaking to my insurance. The Office overcharged me for my dental work. I still have not been reimbursed the amount Gentle Dental owes me. I have contacted my insurance. The office lacks proper customer service skills. One person in the office seems unhappy to be employed here and it shows in her treatment to dental customers.
