I have been to Panache on many occasions and have found the services of Spa and Salon to relaxing, enjoyable and professional. Where the experience is lacking is the reception area. One receptionist suggest that I did not leave a large enough gratuity and overchareged me to make up the difference. She said, "Some people are'nt tipping enough." I left a cash tip in a sealed envelope for spa services,18%-20%, so why would that be assumed. I turned to the stylist and handed her a gratuity. As I was leaving the receptionist asked the stylist if it was acceptable; the stylist said it was. On the last few visits I have felt the reception not to be friendly or accomodating. A general lack of hospitality. more
