I was extremely disapointed during a recent visit. The front desk made me wait over 15min for someone to show me to the locker area. The locker,shower and steam facilities seemed very shabby, almost like a college dorm bathroom. Most importantly, the facial was below standard, a complete waste of $105. When I left, the front desk hinted that I up my tip to 20%, when I didnt even care to leave the 15% I did out of courtesy! This is one spa in Valencia that needs to step up its services, cleanliness and customer service. Dont think I will be back here again.
