Several months ago, a colorist whom I had not had before did my hair. When I started to style it, I knew something was dreadfully wrong with the color. I can never thank Faith enough for stepping in to save the day. Her concern that my hair get back to the color it should be was above and beyond the call of duty. To me, she is the kind of employee every salon should want - a dedication to the reputation of the salon and to the client to ensure everything is perfect.
