With my 61 birthday just around the corner I wasn't sure this program or ANY diet program would work for me. I had knee problems and couldn't work out like I use to. And long gone were the days that I could just bit a diet and drop the weight. My daughter-in-law worked with someone on the plan that was having great success and encouraged me to try it.
