I had previously visited Iorio and enjoyed the atmosphere, relaxed pace of service and the food. However, the last two times I have made reservations errors were made which required that we (first time a group of 4, second time , 5) make other plans. First problem: I called to make a reservation for 7:30 , was told there were none available...then at 7:30 at the alternative location I received a message asking me where I was..my table was ready! Second time: I used the Open Table online reservation to book several days in advance. I received a call the day of my reservation, saying that Iorio was overbooked and we could not be accommodated after all. My advice: double confirm your reservation!
