I thought it was good service. The desk was friendly, Dalila was very personable. Dr. B was good as well. I gave 4.5 because I dont normally give out 5's, but also a little suprised by the $362 charge and that does not include the contacts. I pay directly so I might notice the charge more than the insurance payers. Curious if, since you dont have to process the insurance claim, thus saving money if you ever considered charging direct payers a discount.
