I made my wife an appointment to have a Brazilian wax. It wasn't her best experience. The esthetician wouldn't give her a FULL wax, said she was fine and wouldn't even look. When she was asked to be a little more thorough, she appeared to get squeamish about handling anything around a female body. My wife left the appointment literally bleeding from wax wounds and obvious patches were left untreated. On a good note, Amy at the front desk was understanding, apologetic and accommodating. If not for her, I would never return to Glen Ivy and look for a Burke Williams even though Glen Ivy is five minutes from my home.
