I called M4 Pest Control several times to set up appointments to be treated for my bug problem.
At least once a week an appointment was set up by me, and then the owner or his receptionist/gf/whatever she is would call to cancel.
Finally a day and time were discussed and agreed upon by both parties. When that day arrived, no one showed up. No one called to cancel. No one bothered to do their job.
Overall, I gave up attempting to contact this business as it seemed shady from the get go, but I was desperate. Don't count on them to help you out, because inevitably they can't stand up and do the job they promise.
