Let me start by saying that I have bought 3 vehicles from Andy Mohr Chevrolet, and up until this last year, I would have highly recommended them! I'm sorry to say that the service and treatment that I have received on my last few visits is just unacceptable! I have brought both of these incidents up with the service manager, and they always ask "what can they do to make it right"....How about good service the first time, so I won't be inconvenienced again bringing the truck back to *make it right*!
