Josh (#348) came to our house late on Saturday evening because we had a leak in the copper tubing that goes into the refrigerator from a main line. He assessed the situation, told us the cost up front, was was able to fix the probelms in the line quickly, efficently and cleanly. I am very satisfied with the service Roto-Rooter provided, giving me constant calls and updating the estimated time when Josh would arrive and made sure he had the proper equipment to do the job. A few weeks before I had called Sears to fix a riding mower, and the service person came and did not have parts for the model I had - that call center was terrible and should ask Roto-Rooter how do do it properly.
