Went to get car serviced and of course while you're waiting a salesman is always trying to make a sale (cant blame 'em). My girlfriend did want to get a car or her present car into her name so we listened to what he could do for her. Ended up spending $200 to get her car serviced after a loan really wasnt feasably attainable at the time. Got a call the next day about them having a car she could trade for to get same monthly payment as she already had. Nice car, newer, lower miles, etc. Purchased the car with trade at a pretty high interest rate (that she signed for) and had a "We Owe" ticket made to remedy little changes needed for new car to be done at dealership the next week. Upon arrival to handle the "We Owe" ticket, the finance manager asked her to sign a form saying he "made a mistake on one of the forms". After signing the paper, he then pointed out that her interest rate went up a point and wouldnt affect her loan "too much"......So basically she was lied to....aside from them not having the mileage correct on their paperwork , aside from having to for carfax report 5 times before receiving, aside from being ignored after the purchase of the car, aside from them not wanting to give information about prior service to the vehicle......so i'd like to thank the sales and financial people at Chronic Nissan of Griffin, Ga for ruining what is supposed to be a positive shopping experience for both my girlfrien and me.....and I will be contacting whomever needs to be informed about this.....kind of stupid to be stupid when running a business that can be easily destroyed in this economic time....my condolences.
