My experience during the past year with this office is that the Dentists and Hygenists are very good but the office management is poor. I have been overbilled and on one occasion did not receive a bill until three months after my appointment with the statement "your insurance company paid you directly so pay us now!" which is difficult to do until a bill is received from the office. When I was overbilled I confirmed the error with the billing rep and then had to request a bill showing my account paid in full. If you try to call the billing/insurance office you will always reach a voice mail recording and then have to wait for a return call with no idea when the return call will be made. Today I tried to reach the office manager and was told that she was not in today and the receptionist had no idea when she would be back. This dental office has made it very clear that although they are very willing to take your money they definitely don't like to actually speak with the customer other than for scheduling an apointment.
