While running 10 years ago, I was hit by a car. I had tried to run off and on over the years, but my hip pain caused me to stop each time. I resigned myself to just keep walking 20+ miles a week. As I was approaching the 10 year anniversary, I wanted to celebrate being a live and my body "working". I started running again, which was painful. I knew about Therapy Central and decided to give Ken a try. After the first session, my hip felt so much better. After a few days, I was able to sleep through the night without the pain in my hip waking me up. After a few sessions, the hip was finally flexible. Last week, I ran in a 10 mile race and it was awesome! My hips felt great...no problem. Thank you...thank you...thank you...to Ken!
