we had twc for about a year. constant outages. repair would come and poke around and declare nothing was wrong. would call and they would tell us to push the reset button, disconnect cables yada, yada. every time..... customer service is a joke-they don't seem to want to keep customers. only to get new ones. horrible service, horrible ""customer"" service. ranked one of the most difficult companies to deal with-and they don't care. no follow-up with complaints. stay far, far away.
