Once you pay they care nothing else about you or what goes wrong. After 3 weeks from my order, I finally received the furniture. It took several mishandled calls to rude customer service people who obviously are unconcerned about inconveniencing you. Once I finally received the furniture, the power recliner DID NOT WORK! A call for a service technician revealed that there was one in my area only TWICE a month. SO a call to the store to request a refund went just as badly. The rude manager informed me that there was NO REFUNDS and that I would just have to wait for the repair man. After several minutes of arguing he states he will check with customer service and try to get me an earlier date. This was Thursday and I have yet to hear back from him. Bottom line is they got your money...you get to deal with the rest of the crap. Poor customer service, poor management, poor training and poor scheduling. How this companystays in business so long after reading all of these complaints. I urge new buyers to check their Facebook page, consumer affairs, and yelp in addition to this. Also on facebook, if you post a negative comment with no vulgarity, they will delete all of your postings and then block you. So much for being concerned about their customers huh? I only gave it a one star because i HAD to give it something in order to publish this review.
